Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using ReelBaaz you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older. If you use ReelBaaz for a business or for clients, you confirm you can agree on their behalf.

Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Give us accurate information, and only connect social accounts that you own or manage with permission.
• One person per account. Team access is offered separately where available.

Plans and payment

• ReelBaaz is a paid service. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page and include any taxes shown at checkout.
• Each payment, made through Razorpay, gives you access for 30 days. Plans do not renew automatically; you are only charged when you choose to pay again.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• Each plan has fair-use limits (for example, generations per day) shown in the app. We may change prices or limits with at least 14 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal.

Your content

You own what you create with ReelBaaz: your scripts, hooks, carousels, plans and brand kits. You give us a limited licence to store and process that content only to run the service for you. We do not claim ownership and we do not publish your content anywhere unless you tell us to.

AI-written content

• Scripts are written by AI from your inputs. They can contain mistakes. Check facts, names, numbers and claims before you publish.
• The virality check and rate cards are estimates, not promises of views or earnings.
• Remix takes the structure of a reel, not its words, and we check for overlap. You are still responsible for making sure what you publish is original and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
• If a reel is a paid partnership, disclose it as ASCI guidelines require. Sponsored scripts include a disclosure line; keep it.

Fair use

Don't use ReelBaaz to:

• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading about health or money, or that impersonates someone.
• Copy other creators' content word for word or pass it off as your own.
• Spam people, including through automated comments or messages.
• Scrape, resell or overload the service, get around limits, or share your account.
• Reverse engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why first.

Instagram and other platforms

ReelBaaz works with Instagram, YouTube, X and WhatsApp but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their own terms apply when you use them. Features that depend on their APIs can change or stop if those platforms change their rules. When you schedule a post or set up a message automation, you are the one publishing; follow the platform's rules and limits.

Brand deals

Media kits, rate cards and pitches are tools to help you. Any deal is between you and the brand. If ReelBaaz later offers a marketplace where brands pay through us, separate terms will apply and will be shown before you join.

Our service

The ReelBaaz name, logo, software and design belong to us. We work to keep ReelBaaz available, but we may change, pause or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we'll tell you and you can cancel.

Liability

ReelBaaz is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost followers, views, income or brand deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After deletion your data is removed as described on the data deletion page.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first at reelbaaz.support@gmail.com; most problems get solved there. Otherwise, courts in Alwar, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
